Refund and Cancellation Policy

Bidfrail’s mobile application and/or website  (collectively  referred  to  as  the “Bidfrail or Platform”) is an online service owned, operated and managed by BIDFRAIL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“We” or “Our” or “Us” or   “Bidfrail”).    By    using/accessing    this    Platform,    the    users  (“You” or “Your” or “Yourself” or “User”) are deemed  to  have  accepted  the refund and cancellation Policy as per the terms and conditions listed below or as may be revised from time to time (“Refund Policy”). This Refund Policy governs the usage of the Platform by the User/consumer. This Refund Policy is for an indefinite period and the User understands and agrees that the User is bound by such terms till the time User accesses this Platform. Bidfrail reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy from time to time without any obligation to notify you of such change and it is your responsibility to check this Refund Policy periodically for any changes. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the  changes  in  any  revised Refund Policy terms by your continued use of the Platform after the date of such revised Refund Policy is posted.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE PLATFORM AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE THEIR USE IMMEDIATELY.

Terms:

  1. The Bidfrail’s obligation is limited to the extent total payment (full or part payment excluding booking charge or service charges or taxes) received in respect of the services availed through Platform. If payment is made to third-party i.e service providers/vendors or their associates (including payment made via payment gateways), no financial liabilities whatsoever lies with Bidfrail
  2. The user acknowledges and agrees that the Bidfrail may charge a certain fee/charge to process the order/bid, which is non-refundable in

The User undertakes full responsibility/authorization to use a valid payment card or bank details or third-party wallets or details required for any other mode of payment (“Payments”) having sufficient funds or credit available to complete the payment on the By providing the Payment Details, you represent, warrant, and covenant that: (1) You are legally authorized to provide such Payment Details; (2) You are legally authorized to perform payments using such Payment Details; and (3) such action does not violate the terms and conditions applicable to your use of such Payment Details or applicable law of land. You agree that you are responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier in connection with your use of the payment services through your mobile. The Bidfrail shall use the Payment Details as described in the Bidfrail’s Privacy Policy. You may add, delete, and edit the Payment Details you have provided from time to time through the Platform.
  4. The payment receipt for completion of a transaction shall be provided by the respective service providers/vendors and the transaction summary shall be only reflected in the Bidfrail mobile application or portal. The payment receipt and transaction summary shall be made available on the Platform and also sent to your registered email address by default. Bidfrail collects payment on behalf of the respective vendor/service provider, and eventually settles the same to the vendor in that case the liabilities lie with the service provider.
  5. Limited Liability- Except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law, the Bidfrail is not liable for any payments authorized through the Platform using user Payment Details. Particularly, the Bidfrail is not liable for any payments that do not complete because: (1) Your payment card or bank account or third party wallet does not contain sufficient funds to complete the transaction or the transaction exceeds the credit limit in respect of the Payment Details provided; (2) You have not provided the Bidfrail with correct Payment Details; (3) Your payment card has expired; or (4) circumstances beyond the Bidfrail’s control (such as, but not limited to, power outages, interruptions of cellular service, or any other interference from an outside force) prevent the execution of the
  6. Unauthorized transactions: With regards to payments, the Platform shall not be responsible for any unauthorized transactions conducted on Platform using your payment card or internet banking. The service provider/vendor shall not be obligated to refund any money to you in such cases
  7. Incomplete Services – User may be entitled to a refund of up to 100% of the Order value but not higher if service provider/vendor fails to offer the services. However, Users shall not be entitled for any refund if the order is delayed for any of the unforeseeable or force majeure
  8. Refund: Approved refund shall be processed within 48 hours by service provider/partner/vendor, however it may upto 7-10 business days to reflect in the account. Refund shall reflect the same mode of payment used by the user at time of placing the order. As part of standard business practice, if Bidfrail receives a cancellation notice by service provider may allocate alternate service provider at earliest but if the order has not been processed/ approved by the Bidfrail, Bidfrail shall cancel the order and direct service provider to refund the amount to User after deduction of applicable charges (if any) within a reasonable period of time only if the User(s) has been charged for such order; Bidfrail will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or accepted by the user at the time of initiation of service or assignment , it is pertinent to note that Bidfrail has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. User hereby agrees and undertakes that the decision taken by the Bidfrail is acceptable to User and User shall not create any dispute on the decision taken by the Bidfrail on such cancellation(s).
  9. Cancellation by User: Cancellation of  order, service,  bid  or registration is not possible once the payment has been made. No refunds will be given except non-performance of service-by- service providers/vendors. In case of exceptional requests for order cancellations, Bidfrail or its service provider, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject requests for cancellations for any reason whatsoever, without assigning any reason to the User/consumer.
  10. It is the User’s responsibility to read and understand the Bidfrail’s Refund Policy, before installing mobile applications and/or placing the service request or finalizing the bid. By subscribing or downloading, users acknowledge that you have read this Refund Policy and that You agree with and fully accept the terms of this Refund Policy. Furthermore, any action to enforce this service Agreement shall be brought in the courts located in Delhi, India. You hereby agree to jurisdiction by such courts, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such
